Pre-Season Swim

The pre-season swim season will be held on Sunday evenings at the Sauk Prairie High School Indoor Pool from 5:30-7:00pm. New swimmers will swim from 5:30-6:00pm and any returning swimmers will be in the pool from 6:00-7:00pm. Pre-Season will start on March 10th and continue through June 2nd. There will be no practices on 3/24, 3/31, 5/12, or 5/26.  

If you sign-up and pay for a 2024 Summer Team Registration then your pre-season fee will be waived!! Please use the following codes depending on the number of swimmers you've registered for both the summer team and Pre-season training. Enter the corresponding code during checkout to get your pre-season training fee waived!

If you are not interested in signing up for the summer team then the pre-season cost will be $100 for all 9 sessions.

  • If paying by credit card, please plan to complete payment online through SwimTopia or at the team suit fitting on Wednesday, April 3rd at the Middle School/High School entrance or at a pre-season swim session.

COVID-19 Waiver

MAZOMANIE BARRACUDA SWIM TEAM COMMUNICABLE DISEASE RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events, and activities, I the undersigned, appreciate, and agree that:

I am aware there are risks to me of exposure to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from an outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus "severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)", which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE MAZOMANIE BARRACUDA SWIM TEAM, its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, coaches, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any ILLNESS, INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Liability Waiver

By registering my child(ren) with the Mazomanie Barracudas, I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Mazomanie Barracudas, and hereby release Mazomanie Barracudas, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Mazomanie Barracudas program, including travel to and from training sessions, swim meets or other scheduled team activities.


I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participate in the Mazomanie Barracudas program.

Photo Release

The Mazomanie Barracudas will use photos and images of the swimmers in team promotional materials, on our Facebook page, on this website and in the Star News newspaper.

By continuing with registration, I agree to allow the use of images and photos of my swimmer by the Mazomanie Barracudas.
