2025 Summer Registration

Welcome to the Mazomanie Barracudas registration platform for our upcoming 2025 swim season! We are pleased to offer registration online, including options to pay online via credit card, with Venmo, or you may also pay offline with check or cash. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim time histories, maintain your contact information, and more.

You must pay before your swimmer will be allowed to participate on the team.

  • If paying by check, please send payment to:

  • If paying by credit card, please plan to complete payment while registering online OR you can make the payment at the team suit fitting on Wednesday, April 2nd at the Middle School/High School entrance or at a Spring Clinic practice.
  • If paying by Venmo, please use this QR code to access the team Venmo account or search for @MazoCudas

Registration Fee Structure:

We decided to move to a single fee structure for the 2025 summer swim season. For new and returning families your swimmer fee + your family concession stand fee will all be rolled into the one cost. In addition, we included a discount for multiple swimmer families.

2025 Team Fee Structure:

One swimmer = $226
Two swimmers are $226 + $113 = $339
Three swimmers are $226 + $113 +113 = $452
Four swimmers are $226 + $113 + $113 + $113 = $565
Five swimmers are $226 + $113 + $113 + $113 + $113 = $678

We look forward to having you join the Mazomanie Barracudas and are excited to get the Cudas back in the water!

Note: if the registration swim fees will place a hardship on your family, please communicate with the treasurer, Aaron Tigert by e-mail at [email protected], to review scholarship opportunities.

Swimmer Scholarships

Photo Release

The Mazomanie Barracudas will use photos and images of the swimmers in team promotional materials, on our Facebook page, on this website and in the Star News newspaper.

By continuing with registration, I agree to allow the use of images and photos of my swimmer by the Mazomanie Barracudas.

Liability Waiver

By registering my child(ren) with the Mazomanie Barracudas, I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Mazomanie Barracudas, and hereby release Mazomanie Barracudas, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Mazomanie Barracudas program, including travel to and from training sessions, swim meets or other scheduled team activities.


I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participate in the Mazomanie Barracudas program.
