LIFEGUARD SITUATION:

We are on a quest for parents who would be willing to become certified lifeguards for swim team practices and home meets. The pool is unable to provide the required guards that are needed at each practice so we need to fill in the void. The swim board has agreed to cover the cost of the certification course which includes a necessary skills test. There is an online shallow water lifeguard certification or there is an in-person certification class at the Sauk indoor pool the first weekend of May. OFFICIALS NEEDED:
We are also looking for parents who are interested in becoming an official for swim meets. You get a front row seat to all the action, learn a lot about the swim strokes and get to wear a cool white collared shirt. There is an upcoming training session so let me know if you are interested and I will get the information to you!
